How long do I have to submit a returns request?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted products or gift cards. 

What’s your return policy?

Due to our business model of providing print on demand products through a third party, we don’t offer returns and exchanges on any product that is produced/shipped in this manner. These products are identifiable through our product descriptions identifying them as made to order. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@olympuslifestyleco.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue. 

Products that are not made through print on demand services are eligible for returns for defects and for wrong sizes if contacted within the 30-day return window. Return shipping is the customers responsibility if an exchange is to be made due to incorrect sizing. Please consult our sizing guides on our product pages to ensure the correct fit. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@olympuslifestyleco.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will do our best to resolve your issue. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

Due to our business model, at this time we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@olympuslifestyleco.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
