Shipping policy

Delivery When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewerThe shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These timeframes will vary depending on fulfilment location relative to shipping destination. 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide. These include locations in the USA, Canada, Latvia, Spain and Australia. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@olympuslifestyleco.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your delivery address. 

International Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your delivery address. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Olympus Lifestyle Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Free Shipping

Free shipping will be offered to any order over $150 AUD.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@olympuslifestyleco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. It is encouraged to provide a residential delivery address for these purposes. Olympus Lifestyle Co. is not responsible for inability to deliver products due to carrier limitations.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@olympuslifestyleco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
